I am a licensed Arkansas Home Inspector [#1124], and President of the AR Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (AHSI), and President Elect of Arkansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (AAREI). I perform home inspections in accordance with ASHI's Standards of Practice. You are encouraged to be present during my inspection so I can point out areas of concern. Immediately following my inspection, I can print the report with color photos, and review your report with you.
