100% of those that responded and answered the question said they would consider our firm for future project assignments.
92% of those that responded and answered the question rated their Overall Impression of our firm as Excellent or Good (59% gave us an “Excellent” rating). This category included client’s evaluation of their impression of our firm, value provided by our firm, as well as the performance of our firm compared with others.
94% of those that responded and answered the question rated our Project Management abilities as Excellent or Good. (58% gave us an excellent rating). This category included components like technical quality and competence, adherence to schedule, adherence to budget, and effectiveness of communication. Of all the components in the Project Management category, our highest ratings were given for cooperation and teamwork, as well as courtesy and attitude!
96% of those that responded rated our Support Services as Excellent or Good. These services include invoicing, contract generation, and telephone reception.
Finally, 93% of those that responded and answered the question rated our Quality of Service as Excellent or Good. This category included compliance with client’s requirements, compliance with schedules, accuracy, innovation, and dependability. Our highest rating in this category was in our communication ability.
Thanks to our clients’ feedback, we’ve learned of areas where we need improvement and will work hard at implementing changes.

Matt is an Electrical Engineer and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arkansas Tech University in 2010. Prior to obtaining his degree, Matt worked in commercial steel building sales.
Matt enjoys seeing electrical design implemented in the field. His construction background is a definite advantage when it comes to electrical design. He is a great addition to the team at Batson Bravo Engineers.
