Owner Wayne M Ball has been in the auction business since 1972. I acquired my real estate license in 1973. I opened a weekly consignment auction in late 1975. I obtained my broker license in 1983 and became Wayne M Ball Auction & Realty. I have been at the same location since 1972. In mid 2000, I closed my weekly auction to devote more time to my first love, Business liquidations. I still have my auction facility and office in case of business and estate auctions that can not be held on site and must be moved. I continuously surround myself with people of diverse knowledge of merchandise, such as automobiles, farm, heavy equipment, antiques, jewelry, estates, and almost anything else that needs to be sold. Myself, and my crew have over 200 years of combined experience.
Every decision made during the auction, preparing for the auction, advertising, ect. is in the best interest of the Seller.
