Selling property at auction has several benefits over conventional marketing methods. An Auction allows property owners to move the property quickly, usually within 30 days, while receiving a larger return on investment by avoiding the usual taxes, fees and interest during the pending sales process that diminish the ultimate return. Also, an auction creates an urgency to buy by gathering qualified buyers at one time and place, creating a feeling of excitement that can often raise the property's selling price.
Hendrix Auction and Realty has proven that real estate can be sold at auction. In the 1980s we sold very little real estate at auction. In the 90s we saw an increase in this market. The last 5 years our real estate business has been great and all signs point to continued strong growth in this area. In the future you will see more buyers and sellers using the auction method of real estate.
Call Hendrix Auction and Realty, and let our 26 years of experience make your auction a success.
