Join us in the gym following the morning worship service for lunch. Decorate your "brown bag" and fill it with your favorite lunch. Prizes will be given for the best and worst decorated bag at the "Bag it for Missions" lunch. Drinks and desserts will be furnished.
In addition, several bags will be available with special prepared lunches from around the world and you will have the opportunity to trade your lunch for a "deal" of a lunch???
Help us kick off the November NMI Emphasis (World Evangelism Fund) by donating what you ordinarily would spend for Sunday lunch to the Thanksgiving Offering. Our goal this year is $20,000.00. The offering will be taken Sunday, November 21st.
Kids we have My World Mission Offering quarter folders for you to save your offering in....pick up one in Children's Church or parents can get them at the Information Centers on Sunday.
The World Evangelism Fund (WEF) is the backbone of giving and stewardship in the expanding international Church of the Nazarene. It is the WEF that provides the foundation for mission giving around the world. We are touching the lives of countless others and furthering the work of the Kingdom of God. Taking the Thanksgiving offering is a tradition and a wonderful time to express gratitude to God for his many blessings to us.
