With over 30 years of experience, The Lingle Law Firm represents people harmed by the actions of others, people accused of crimes, and people who find themselves facing a divorce or custody issue. This includes, poultry litigation, products liability, personal injury, environmental law, civil rights actions, criminal defense, domestic relations, guardianships, and bankruptcy. We currently have five attorneys on staff: James G. Lingle, H. Clay Fulcher, Barbara E. Lingle, Abigail F. Keaton, and Richard Hebar. We are equipped with the latest computer technology and supported by our knowledgeable and courteous staff: Julia Crenshaw, a certified paralegal, and Rosa Garduno who is fluent in Spanish.

The Lingle Law Firm has developed an extensive practice representing poultry producers against large corporate integrators. Jim and Clay have prosecuted over forty lawsuits, representing over five hundred poultry producers nationwide. They have acquired expertise in this complex area of law. All our attorneys have trial experience.
