Our owners and associates have almost 100 years of combined experience in the brick business and associated industries. Godfrey & Black is a locally owned business based in Fort Smith, Arkansas. We supply quality products to customers throughout Arkansas and parts of neighboring states.

Policies and Shipping Services
Godfrey & Black Brick & Stone offers free estimates as a complimentary service to our customers. We are happy to provide this service for the benefit of our customers, however, due to the many factors that can affect the actual amount of product used on a project, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these estimates.
If your project requires additional product over the original order, we will make every effort to expedite delivery on the next available truck, based on availability of the product. We will make every effort to supply the same production run to complete projects, however, if the "add-on" quantity greatly exceeds the original order, there are circumstances where this could be a problem. If the original production run is no longer available, we will use our best efforts to determine the best match possible.
In the event that there is a return and/or excess product when the job is complete, we will pick up the material with the qualifications listed below:

A minimum of 25% transportation and restock expense will be charged to help offset the associated costs with pick-up and restock.
The material must be accessible to our equipment and be in good condition to be resold.
Pick-ups are generally scheduled in conjunction with deliveries on pick-ups in the same area to keep transportation costs to our customers at a minimum.

Please be aware that these qualifications are intended to cover part of the associate's costs and in most cases our actual costs exceed that cost charged to the customer. We make every effort to keep these expenses and charges to a minimum.
