This option are for those who need to persue a divorce and need to finish the process quickly, avoiding trial while keeping costs to a minimum. Troy is a former public defender and has extensive experience in Criminal, DWI and Juvenile Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court, and has been trained by the Administrative Office of the Courts as a Mediator. With more than five years in private practice Troy has extensive experience in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. Troy is member of Rotary International, the Pope County Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association where he serves as a member of the House of Delegates.
