Clark, Byarlay & Sparks is a general practice law firm that was organized in June of 1988 by Andrew Clark and Tom Byarlay. Rusty Sparks joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2007.
No one lawyer knows everything there is to know about all areas of the law. That is why it is called the "practice of law" and not the "art of law". Our emphasis is in bankruptcy, social security and family law, but we are also able to help with advice in many other areas. We provide clients with competent representation at a reasonable price.
Clark, Byarlay & Sparks believes in the words found in Proverbs Chapter 13, verse 10 which says, "Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is found in those who take advice."
