About the School
Shuffles & Ballet II opened in 1987 and became the official school of Ballet Arkansas in 2001. Our program is designed to offer the finest quality instruction and education for every dancer. In addition to our fine reputation in the areas of classical ballet, tap, jazz, modern and musical theater, we offer a pre-professional program for those students considering dance as a career.
From children to adults, Shuffles & Ballet II has the best program to offer every student for training, education, exercise, discipline, entertainment and fun.

Ballet Arkansas' The Nutcracker - December 11-12

Miss A wins choreography award
Arleen Sugano received one of three Individual Artist Fellowship awards for Choreography from the Arkansas Arts Council. These are awarded once every five years to those individual artists recognized for their artistic abilities and creative excellence. She will be speaking about the practical application of science in the dance classroom at the International Alliance of Dance Medicine and Science in Birmingham, England in late October.
