August 6, 2010 - Clark Mason Attorneys continues to pursue actions across the United States resulting from documented problems associated with the Yamaha Rhino utility vehicle's propensity to unexpectedly rollover, resulting in catastrophic injury or death. One such case is presently pending Desha County, Arkansas. In that case, similar to many pending across the U.S., the Yamaha Rhino unexpectedly rolled onto the driver's side crushing the client's upper arm and ultimately resulting in amputation of the arm above the elbow. That case, pending before the Hon. Bynum Gibson in Desha County Circuit Court, is now set for trial September 27, 2010 in Arkansas City, Arkansas.
