Welcome to my web site.
I have been practicing law in Blytheville, Arkansas since 1979.
My law practice is devoted mainly toConsumer Bankruptcy and to Real Estate Closings. I also handle miscellaneous other matters including adoptions, probate, wills, incorporations, contracts, and uncontested divorce.
I was born and reared in Blytheville, Arkansas. I attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas and received a Bachelors Degree in 1975 and a Masters Degree in 1976 . I attended law school at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and received my law degree in 1979. After law school, I returned to my home town to open my own law firm in October of 1979. I have served Northeast Arkansas since that date.
As a lawyer, I have a three tier philosophy regarding legal representation:
(1) Personal Attention. You receive my personal attention and quality representation. I am accessible to you. You communicate and meet directly with me, not with a paralegal or law clerk. I return your telephone calls and answer your mail promptly and make a point to keep you informed with the status of you legal matter.
(2) Competent Representation. I keep up to date with the latest changes in the law and how these changes may affect your legal matter. I attend legal seminars each year, read legal articles and publications, and maintain the latest technology for legal research and communication.
(3) Reasonable Fees. I provide quality legal services to the citizens of Northeast Arkansas at reasonable rates. Legal representation does not have to cost a fortune. Your first consultation is free. Most attorney fees can be worked out on a payment plan agreed upon by us.
