Rates: Weekday rates are $165 per night per couple. Weekend rates are $200, plus applicable taxes. A two night minimum stay is required; three-night minimun may apply on certain holidays.

Guest Policies: Our accommodations are completely smoke free and pet free. Our accommodations are not suitable for children. Because of the staircase, our handicap accessibility is limited.

Payment accepted: All major credit cards, personal checks, money orders and cash.
Deposit Requirements: $80 deposit payable when making reservations

Check-out: 11 am, this pertains to parking as well
Cancellation Policy: $20.00 cancellation fee. Deposit and/or payment refunded if cancellation is at least 15 days prior to arrival.
