FARM AND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTBecause of our location in an agricultural area, the bulk of our auctions consist of farm equipment. In the past few years, we have also had many opportunities to successfully market construction equipment, particularly in our consignment auctions.

As a licensed real estate salesman, Kenneth Witcher works with estate executors, lending agencies, and individuals to market real estate by auction. BANKRUPTCIESWe have worked with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for over twenty years in liquidating real estate, farm equipment, business and personal inventories.
