Attorney Stewart K. Lambert was born in Malvern, Arkansas in 1954. He graduated from Highland High School near Cherokee Village, Arkansas, where his father and mother operated a local supermarket. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arkansas State University in 1975 and went on to Law School at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville Campus, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. He was licensed in 1979 and is licensed in all State and Federal Courts including the Eastern and Western Federal District Court and the United States Supreme Court.
He opened his general practice of Law in Sharp County Arkansas in 1979 and was appointed Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in October of 1979 and served in that capacity and County Attorney until January 1, 1999 when he was elected Prosecuting Attorney for the Third Judicial District where he served until August 19, 2002. He then worked for a large personal injury firm until July of 2005 when he returned to his practice in Sharp County, Arkansas.
