The Jenkins Law Firm, PLLC is located in the center of Van Buren, Crawford County, in the heart of Northwest Arkansas right off Interstates 40 and 540 and is just minutes away from the Federal court house in Fort Smith, Arkansas and the Federal court house in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Attorney Don Jenkins is a principal and manageing member of the firm, and focuses his practice on Labor and Employment law; Corporate Law; organizing and representing Small Businesses and their owners; Contract drafting and review, ERISA matters, Tax law, forming and advising Non Profit 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, and Estate Planning concerns for entrepreneurs and their families, and Bankruptcy work for both Creditors and Debtors. He is a frequent speaker for the SBA, Lorman Educational Services, and other organizations on Human Resource and Business law subjects. He has taught numerous classes at both graduate and under-graduate levels on Employment law, Business law, and Contract law and served eight years as a Justice on the Crawford County Quorum Court. Don is the Elected City Attorney & Prosecutor for Arkansas’s 18th largest city, Van Buren, Arkansas. He additionally has served as City Attorney & Prosecutor for number of smaller cities in Crawford County and works with many other municipal and public facility entities and charitable organizations throughout the area.
