About Our Company
RVOH is the ONLY NADAATPA (Nationally Accredited Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Administrator) in the entire state of Arkansas! What does that mean?
No other drug testing company in Arkansas has achieved this accreditation and ONLY twenty-nine other companies in the entire United States have achieved this credentialing. This accreditation means that our facility, operations and personnel meet the highest standards in areas such as regulatory compliance, client confidentiality, accountability, company service standards, operational practices, business ethics, and professional competency for drug and alcohol testing program management.
To assist companies in the design, implementation, and maintenance of drug-free workplaces in a fair, economical, and legally defensible manner consistent with regulatory compliance.

Thru the years -- while auditing hundreds of carriers as an investigator for the USDOT FMCSA, most companies' biggest problems were with drug and alcohol testing... even if they had outsourced that area of compliance to a consortium... and most consortiums were unhelpful, the incompetence of some were even the cause of fines and lowered safety ratings, and few really knew what they were doing... but RVOH was competent, professional, and Johnny-on-the-spot with all records I ever requested in an audit or compliance review... and they are the first that come to mind when carriers ask me for help in this area... and out of dozens of consortiums I am familiar with... they are the only folks I recommend for this reason. In fact, I send all my clients to RVOH because I know they will be in good hands with them. Mike DavisRetired Special Agent, USDOT FMCSA
